Manufactured Housing Inspections

ManufacturedThe term “manufactured home” was adopted in 1980 by the U.S. Congress to describe a type of house that is constructed in a factory to comply with a building code developed by the Department of Housing and Urban development (HUD) and usually refers to either a modular or mobile home. Whether it is a modular or mobile home the house is built by a manufacturer and then assembled and installed on site by a dealer. An inspection by Maple Hill Home Inspection will evaluate that the house has been assembled and installed on site properly.
